Tom, now 19, joined us as an enthusiastic 10 year old, playing here until the Under 17s, and was a key part of a very successful Brods team over the years.

Armed with an infectious determination and work rate, Tom captained the side for several seasons and helped the team lift the Yorkshire Cup three times.

Last season all his hard work and commitment was paying dividends as he signed professional terms with Warrington Wolves rugby league academy which also led to a spell at Championship team York City Knights where he continued to catch the eye.

Over the weekend Tom was announcing as the "hometown hero" signing for the Panthers.
