....as he runs through Shelf and Northowram

Raising funds and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Kevin Sinfield is currently running 7 Ultra Marathons in 7 consecutive days - from Edinburgh to Manchester

The former Rhino and current Leicester Tigers Defence Coach started at Murrayfield at the weekend and his finish line is Old Trafford with the aim to being there for the RL World Cup Final.

This Saturday will be Kevin’s seventh day and he’ll be setting off from Bradford City’s Valley Parade just before 7am.

Saturday’s route takes him from the stadium, to the city centre and up to Wibsey. At The Shoulder of Mutton pub he’ll join Halifax Road and proceed on past Shelf Park, over Shelf roundabout, down the main road to Stump Cross, up through the Godley Road cutting and onwards to People’s Park, off Hopwood Lane, where he’s due to stop and speak with the media at 8.30am.

Kevin is expected to be running between Shelf and Northowram between 7.15am and 8am.

We're encouraging as many people as possible locally to line the route and cheer him onwards during this incredible and inspiring challenge.
